About Us
The dojo offers traditional Japanese martial arts, body and movement training, health-promoting exercises from Qigong and Shiatsu, meditation (ZaZen), and special children's training that emphasizes fun and sportsmanship. Training sessions are tailored for children, teenagers, adults, and seniors over 50, taking place from Monday to Friday. The dojo follows ancient Japanese traditions, integrating beginners into existing groups without separate beginner courses, which benefits both new and advanced practitioners. The training focuses on improving conditioning, coordination, concentration, relaxation, and stress management, while also fostering self-confidence, empathy, assertiveness, self-discipline, and perseverance.
