Triestram Kampfsport

The Triestram Kampfsport school, led by Christian and Sebastian Triestram, offers a modern interpretation of traditional Japanese martial arts, emphasizing a dynamic and efficient approach to combat sports. The dojo fosters a family-like atmosphere, prioritizing passion and enjoyment alongside performance. Students are guided to find their individual training paths in various martial arts, including Judo, Jiu Jitsu, Karate, and Aikijitsu. Each discipline focuses on different aspects such as coordination, self-defense, and fitness, catering to children from age 4 and up, as well as teenagers and adults. The school has been a cornerstone of martial arts in Düsseldorf since its founding in 1971.
