About Us
The dojo offers a unique martial arts training system called Hara Chi Dao, which combines both external and internal martial arts disciplines. This system aims to develop the body and mind through a combination of physical movements, breathing techniques, and meditation. The training focuses on improving the student's overall well-being, concentration, and physical abilities. Hara Chi Dao teaches various styles, including Tai-Chi, 5 Elemente Qi-Gong, and Yoga, as well as external styles such as Taekwondo, Kung Fu, and Boxing. The dojo offers training for both children and adults, and classes are available in various locations. The training aims to promote physical and mental balance, flexibility, and coordination, as well as social skills such as respect, honesty, and cooperation.
