Tai Chi Schule Gunnar Siebel offers instruction in Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation, emphasizing gentle movement for relaxation and harmony of body, mind, and breath. This centuries-old martial art from China is accessible to everyone and can be practiced well into old age. The school also provides Qigong exercises, which can be practiced separately or in conjunction with Tai Chi. The meditative nature of the slow movements promotes grounding and inner peace, with additional meditation exercises included to enhance the overall practice.
