About Us

Welcome to Sportschule Thormeyer. Our main concern is to create a pleasant atmosphere and relaxed environment for optimal training tailored to your personal preferences. Whether you want to build muscle, shed some winter weight, or fit back into your old clothes after pregnancy, we support you with joint training and nutrition planning. We also offer various outdoor activities and excursions to get moving and have fun! We prefer outdoor training unless the weather is extremely bad or cold. Most activities, such as beach volleyball, swimming, cycling, kayaking, jogging, or yoga, take place outdoors. Come by, get to know us, and overcome your inner obstacles!
