Originating from China and developed by Japanese samurai, Jiu Jitsu focuses on using an opponent's force against them, employing techniques such as strikes, throws, and holds. The dojo also incorporates Shaolin Temple Boxing, which enhances the training experience by focusing on both hand and foot combat. The training is intense and aims to improve not only self-defense skills but also character and self-confidence, making it an effective means for peaceful conflict resolution.
