Capoeira Osnabrueck

The dojo teaches Capoeira, Jiu-Jitsu, Dance and Music, a Brazilian martial art that combines elements of dance, acrobatics and music. It emphasizes getting an opponent to the ground, as seen in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ). Professor Alex Nascimento is the instructor, with 20 years of experience in Capoeira.
