Kampfkunstschule - OWCO Lehrer Maik Schrader

The OWCO, founded in 2006, aims to spread the martial art and creative self-defense of Wing Chun, a style made famous by Grandmaster Ip Man and his most notable student, Bruce Lee. Under the leadership of Sifu Robert Peschke, who took over from his father, the organization offers comprehensive training that includes group and individual sessions, focusing on physical and mental fitness as well as violence prevention. Students can also learn the stick fighting system ESCRIMA/ARNIS. The OWCO provides opportunities for students to become instructors themselves, gaining deep insights into martial arts traditions and preparing for teaching roles.
