Jiu-Jitsu- und Karate-Schule Penzberg e.V.

The Dojo Penzberg is a Jiu Jitsu and Karate school founded in 1975 as a new section of the sport club DJK (Deutsche Jugend Kraft). It became an independent non-profit organization in 1989. The Dojo focuses on the physical and spiritual aspects of martial arts, with a strong emphasis on values such as honesty, mindfulness, discipline, respect, and politeness. The school offers various martial arts styles, including Idokan Zen Do Karate, Shindo-Jiujitsu-Karate, Ido Ryu, laido, Philippinische Kampfkünste, Aikenko Ido Ryu, and others. The Dojo also offers training for children, women, and people with physical limitations, as well as meditation and Qi Gong classes. The school has a team of experienced instructors and offers various training programs, including Idokan Budo for children.
