Welcome to MT Fight Gym Muay Thai. Muay Thai has developed over centuries from traditional martial arts of Thailand and is also known as the 'Art of Eight Weapons', encompassing a wide range of techniques. Key features of Muay Thai include elbow techniques, knee techniques, clinching, and kicks with the bare shin. Muay Thai improves physical fitness, helps relieve stress, and boosts self-confidence. Various techniques are trained, including kicks with the shin and/or foot and heel, fist techniques, holding the opponent's leg with follow-up techniques, clinching strikes to the head and upper body, as well as knee and elbow techniques. Our Kids Muay Thai program emphasizes movement as a foundation for healthy physical development while teaching values like fairness, respect, discipline, politeness, and teamwork. Through playful and combative forms, children develop physical fitness, assertiveness, and mental balance.
