About Us

The Aikido training begins with exercises for warming up and concentration, followed by the actual Aikido techniques. These techniques aim for a balanced outer (body) and inner (mind) posture. Instead of using force, we focus on relaxation and movement. The techniques are constantly repeated and refined, utilizing the high precision of martial arts to achieve perfect movement that offers no openings to the attacker. In Aikido, practice is almost always done with a partner, alternating between attacking and executing Aikido techniques. The intensity of training varies greatly, from exhausting workouts to fine studies of movements, depending on the partner and one's own mindset. Regular training is essential for noticeable progress.
