Welcome to Hoi Ma, a center for holistic movement, self-defense, and mindfulness. At Hoi Ma, two fascinating worlds merge into a unique concept for body and mind. We offer Wing Tsun, a self-defense system that combines physical and mental training to help you develop your self-awareness, concentration, and ability to be clear and present in critical moments. Our experienced trainers will guide you through a curriculum that includes self-defense techniques, physical exercises, and mental training. We also offer yoga classes, which will help you find inner balance and flexibility, and reduce everyday stress. Our goal is to help you develop a strong and confident you, both physically and mentally.
