About Us
The Studio der Kampfkünste teaches various types of martial arts, including Jiu-Jitsu, Kick-Boxen, ASD-Karate, and ATK-SV (Anti-Terrorkampf-Selbstverteidigung). They also offer specialized training programs like Ki-Bo-Aero (Kick-Box-Aerobic) for a full-body workout and Qigong, Funktionsgymnastik for people over 50, and Kobudo. The studio provides a welcoming environment for both men and women to learn and train in martial arts while incorporating fitness elements into their workouts.
