About Us

Imke Dietz offers Tai Chi classes and workshops that combine meditation, physical training, and self-defense. Through gentle movements, participants can reduce stress and promote a sense of well-being. The classes are led by Imke Dietz, a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor, and a movement therapist. She also offers private coaching and firm coaching for businesses. Imke Dietz teaches various Tai Chi styles, including basics and push hands, and organizes Tai Chi retreats and trips. Her goal is to help people find balance in their lives and promote overall health and well-being.
