About Us

Karate is an Asian martial art that trains not only the body but also the mind. In addition to promoting health, the focus is on enjoyment during group training. Karate offers comprehensive training that enhances concentration, mental resilience, strength, coordination, speed, balance, and flexibility. It fosters self-confidence and teaches self-defense techniques. Training is conducted by experienced instructors who regularly undergo training according to the standards of German sports associations and the German Karate Federation. The dojo emphasizes a holistic approach, incorporating elements from Qi Gong and strength endurance, making it appealing for both men and women. Newcomers are warmly invited to join and experience Karate in a supportive environment.
