About Us
The dojo is a place for self-defense and fitness training. It offers functional strength and endurance training, as well as techniques for self-defense such as striking and grappling. The training is held every Friday at 19.00 in the Lothar Scheida Sporthalle in Borna. The dojo aims to develop reflexes, build self-confidence, and improve overall physical fitness. It is open to individuals over 18 who are interested in trying something new, and they are invited to join a trial training session to learn more about the dojo and its activities.
