Arnis-Kali

Arnis-Kali is a training group that was founded in 1994 by Karsten Purkert as a Modern-Arnis group. The group separated from the Modern-Arnis Association around 1996 and designated itself as an Arnis group. Later, the group decided to express that they also deal with Kali, and the name Arnis-Kali was born. Today, the group is a club in the Kali Silat Evolution Association and trains according to the KSE curriculum. They teach a style that combines elements of Filipino martial arts, specifically Arnis and Kali.
