The dojo, known as Jiyu Shiso Ka Dojo, is located in Gröbenzell and offers various training programs for its members. Aikido, a martial art that originated from the sword fighting techniques of the samurais, is one of the main focuses of the dojo. The training involves using wooden weapons, such as the bokken, jo, and tando, to understand and internalize the techniques. The dojo also offers Qi Gong, a practice that helps its members maintain their health and find inner peace. The dojo has a New Generation program, which is designed for young people, and a family training program that allows parents and children to train together. The dojo's mission is to provide a supportive environment for its members to learn and grow, both physically and mentally.
