About Us

Combat Gym Waldkirch focuses on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) and Grappling (No Gi). You will learn technique, control, and timing instead of relying solely on strength. The aim is effective self-defense and a strong body awareness for beginners and advanced practitioners. MMA Striking is also included to ensure you learn stand-up fighting properly and gain a complete view of Mixed Martial Arts. Additionally, various body exercises are offered for stress management and burnout prevention. Training can be done in groups or one-on-one, and Open Mat sessions are regularly held for practicing techniques and sparring under supervision.
