Budoka Emmendingen e.V.

Budoka Emmendingen e.V. is a club representing the Philippine martial art Arnis de Mano, based on the Kombatan Arnis style of Ernesto A. Presas. The club focuses on classical arts such as Arnis, Escrima, and Kali, as well as effective self-defense concepts. Members value a family-like atmosphere and openness to those who want to join. The club offers training in Arnis de Mano, with a focus on the waffenlosen Kampf (Mano Mano) and waffenlose Selbstverteidigung ( unarmed self-defense). They teach techniques such as Schlagen, Treten, Abwehren von Angriffen, and Befreiungstechniken. The club also offers training for women, focusing on self-defense and prevention of potential danger situations. They provide regular courses for women, teaching them how to recognize and avoid potential threats.
