About Us
The Dojo offers various martial arts and yoga training styles, including Wu Chi Dao, Wing Chun, Tai Chi Chuan, Wu Chi Dao kids, Fit for Fight, and Hatha Yoga. The Dojo provides an introduction to these styles, as well as a probationary training period, where one can try and experience the different courses. They also offer specific training sessions for children, women, and individuals looking for self-defense.
