Buro TC Han Kook Bad Kreuznach e.V.

The TC Han Kook is the oldest Taekwondo club in Bad Kreuznach. They provide training for children from around 6 years old, youth, and adults. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that means 'The Way of the Foot and the Fist'. It includes classical fighting techniques, forms (Poomsae), competition in full-contact (an Olympic discipline), and self-defense against unarmed and armed attackers. The club offers a free trial training session, which is best on Mondays at 17:00. You can contact them to confirm the training schedule or simply visit and speak with a trainer to join. They train barefoot and in light training clothes.
