JKD Sinzig

Jeet Kune Do Sinzig teaches one of the most advanced combat systems in the world through universal mechanics and tactical behavior. Training at the dojo helps to develop top-level skills, increase fitness, and develop new abilities. The focus is on conscious handling of techniques and personal progress, not on competing in tournaments.
