Dojo-Beckum

Dojo-Beckum was established in early 2010 and offers training in Asian martial arts to all interested individuals. The focus is on cooperation rather than competition. Those who wish to learn about a historical Japanese sword fighting art are warmly invited to a free trial training session. The dojo is affiliated with the DAKO (German Asian Martial Arts Organization) and the Kokusai Budoin IMAF (International Martial Arts Federation - Kokusai Budoin), participating in regular seminars, instructor training, examinations, championships, and educational trips to Japan. Due to the solid training and education of its students, Dojo-Beckum has been awarded the title 'Tokugawa-Dojo' for several consecutive years. Since late 2016, there has been a close cooperation with the Judo Club Beckum 1965 e.V.
