Dojo Zanshin

Dojo Zanshin is a traditional Shotokan Karate dojo located in Willich, established in 1997 as part of the Willicher Turnverein 1892 e.V. The dojo focuses on promoting both physical and mental fitness through Karate, which enhances discipline and concentration. The training is diverse and of high quality, catering to children, youth, and adults. Participants learn effective self-defense techniques, body control, and how to behave in threatening situations. The dojo is affiliated with several Karate associations, allowing members to participate in recognized belt examinations and competitions at various levels.
