Mekasa SangRok Germany is dedicated to the sport of Taekwondo, emphasizing not just skill but also a passion for the art. The dojo collaborates with schools worldwide, including the Frank Hauffe Martial Arts Academy in Germany and Moo Duk Kwan Fighters in Denmark. They teach various styles of Taekwondo, including WTF Poomsae and competition training, while also offering fitness classes that incorporate conditioning, coordination, balance, and self-defense techniques.
