Kampfsport at SaiyaGym offers a variety of martial arts training sessions designed to improve your skills and fitness. Each training session lasts between 60 to 90 minutes and is divided into three main parts: a guided warm-up phase focusing on flexibility, coordination, and strength exercises; a technique phase where various attacks, counters, and strategies of different martial arts are taught and practiced; and finally, a sparring or conditioning drill segment where learned techniques are applied. The dojo emphasizes teamwork, safety, and fair play, ensuring that all techniques are executed with caution and respect for training partners.
