Welcome to the Martial Arts Academy Herford. With over 50 years of experience and numerous international martial arts event participations, we know what matters. We teach authentic Tae Kwon Do from Korea and traditional Muay Thai from Thailand. Tae Kwon Do is particularly suitable for children, helping them learn values like respect and self-confidence in a playful manner. Muay Thai not only instills fundamental values but is also physically intense, making it optimal for building muscle and losing weight. We value creating an environment where our students have everything they need to learn all aspects of the sports we offer, including high-quality equipment and a specially designed martial arts ring.
