About Us

The Dojo offers a free 4-week trial training for those interested in joining. The training includes exercises to improve endurance, strength, and coordination. It starts with warming up and improving flexibility and joint mobility. Then, it progresses to classic Taekwondo basics, including blocks, strikes, and kicks against imaginary opponents. Additionally, it covers agreed-upon one-step sparring, movement forms, and self-defense. The training is not a competition, and no one is forced to engage in sparring or perform any movements beyond their capabilities.
