Seigen Dojo ~ Karate School Regensburg

Welcome to Seigen Dôjô, a Karate school in Regensburg, founded in 2011. After 30 years of Karate practice and 20 years as a trainer, Dieter Deml decided to open his own school in 2010. The school is a member of the BKB and DKV and focuses on Shotokan-Ryu Karate, but also allows the practice of other styles. The goal is to preserve the original and pure form of Karate as a martial art (Budo). The name Seigen comes from the connection of Zen and martial arts, and is about finding peace and living a life as it should be.
