KTF Luitpold München e.V.

The KTF Luitpold Gymnasium e.V. was established in the 1970s at the Luitpold Gymnasium by a teacher from the same institution. KT stands for artistic gymnastics, and F stands for fencing, which are the two main disciplines of the club. Training opportunities are available every day of the week, primarily in the gymnasiums of Wilhelmsgymnasium in Lehel. The fencers compete successfully in Bavaria, Germany, and internationally, with notable achievements in the 2024/2025 season including multiple championship titles and medals. The KTF currently has a total of 5 federal squad and 15 state squad athletes. Additionally, KTF Luitpold Munich has been recognized as a center for youth performance sports in saber fencing by the German Fencing Federation.
