The dojo is a place where qigong is practiced and taught. Qigong is a method that involves moving and cultivating energy in the body, which can bring inner peace and joy. The dojo offers various qigong classes, including spiral stabilization, meditation, and nei yang gong. The classes are designed to strengthen the muscles, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being. The dojo also offers Taiji and gentle exercises to strengthen the spine. The classes are taught by experienced instructors, including Gabi Frank, who specializes in Qigong. The dojo is open to people of all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
