Taekwondo is a martial art originating from Korea, first mentioned in 1955. It is distinguished from other martial arts by its variety of foot techniques. In Göggingen, we teach traditional Taekwondo, which differs from competition Taekwondo in that we do not use protective gear during competitions, engage in non-contact fighting, and stop kicks and punches just before reaching the opponent.
