Lerne Kampfen e.V. - MSE Selbstverteidigung

Lerne Kämpfen e.V. is an independent self-defense school within the PROTACTICS-MSE trainer network. The school aims to help individuals become more confident, stronger, and freer in their lives. It has grown from a small initiative into a significant community where countless children, teenagers, and adults have trained over the years. The training focuses not only on techniques and movements but also on values, trust, and solidarity. Participants bring their own stories and experiences, growing beyond their limits and developing resilience. The dojo teaches various self-defense techniques, fostering personal development and empowerment.
