Nico Penzer BJJ

Nicolas Penzer, also known as Nico Panda, is a German martial artist and BJJ practitioner. He has been a black belt since 2014 under the guidance of Grand Master Flavio Behring. Penzer has competed in various BJJ tournaments, including the IBJJF and AJP, and has won numerous medals in different weight categories. He is also a skilled MMA fighter with a record of 11-1-0.
