The association for traditional martial arts and modern self-defense in Altenburg has been active since 1999. We offer martial arts and self-defense training for all age groups, including Progressive System Combat Arnis, a Filipino martial art with and without weapons, and Aikido, a Japanese martial art based on fluid, rounded movements. We also provide self-defense training for both women and men, as well as specialized classes for children and youth starting from age 4. Our seminars and workshops feature renowned guest instructors from Germany and abroad, ensuring a comprehensive training experience.
