Traditional Taekwon-do centre - Ypsonas

The Cyprus Traditional Taekwon-do Federation is a registered and approved federation that represents Traditional Taekwon-do at national and international levels. They offer training programs for people of all ages, including little kids, kids, teenagers, adults, seniors, and families. Their style, Kwon, Jae-Hwa Traditional Taekwon-do, was first introduced in Cyprus in 1989 and has been growing with about 1300 active members. The federation emphasizes realistic self-defense and skills development against bigger and heavier opponents, as well as the development of disciplines such as respect, humbleness, dignity, integrity, and an indomitable spirit. Their teaching philosophy is centered around martial arts being created to help people defend themselves against humans and overcome everyday difficulties.
