About Us
The Victoria Aikido Centre is a martial arts school that provides training sessions 6 days a week. They offer classes for adults, beginners, and juniors. The centre teaches Aikido, a Japanese martial art that focuses on harmonizing with an opponent's energy rather than using force against them. They have two affiliated dojos, the Shawnigan Lake Aikikai and the University of Victoria Aikikai.
