Mijo Taekwondo - Esquimalt

Mijo Taekwondo is a WT (World Taekwondo), Olympic Style Taekwondo School with locations in Esquimalt and Sooke on beautiful Vancouver Island, BC. They offer supportive, inclusive, and community-centred programming that allows for growth, learning, and accomplishment for all students. The school teaches various styles of Taekwondo through their programs, including Little Kickers (Ages 3-5), Jr Kids (Ages 5-7), Sr Kids (Ages 8-12), and Adults (Ages 13+). Each program is designed to teach fundamental Taekwondo skills, build coordination, improve proprioception, and develop valuable life skills such as perseverance and self-control. The school also focuses on developing a balance between mind and body, and students can work towards and advance in belt levels as they progress in their training.
