Island Aikido

Island Aikido is a welcoming dojo located in rural Saanich, just a short drive from Victoria, BC. Our classes focus on the comprehensive martial art of Aikido, emphasizing mind-body connections in a safe and non-competitive environment. We practice the Yoshinkan Aikido style, which involves circular movements that redirect the energy of attacks, promoting cooperation among students. Training at our dojo not only enhances physical fitness but also supports mental health, making it suitable for individuals of all ages.
