Goldstream Aikikai

Goldstream Aikikai, established in 2008, is located at West Shore Parks and Recreation in Langford, BC, Canada. Our mission is to enhance the lives of our members through the practice of martial arts, specifically Aikido. This discipline, rooted in Japanese jujitsu and traditional swordsmanship, emphasizes cooperation over competition. Practitioners learn to use their opponent's momentum against them, making it suitable for individuals of all sizes. Goldstream Aikikai is affiliated with Birankai North America, which is recognized by Aikikai Hombu Dojo in Japan, ensuring that our ranks are acknowledged globally.
