Academia Kanayama

The Academia Kanayama is a martial arts school that has been in operation for 55 years. It was founded by Professor Dante Kanayama, who is a 9th dan judoka and has been teaching martial arts for over 70 years. The school teaches judo, karate, aikido, and jiu-jitsu, and offers classes for both children and adults. The school's philosophy is based on discipline, respect, retidão, honesty, courage, politeness, and honor. The school has a strong tradition of producing medalists in national and international competitions, and has been recognized for its excellence in martial arts education. The school's students have also been involved in various events and tournaments, including the Festival de Judô Kanayama, which is one of the most traditional judo festivals in Brazil.
