The slow, steady pace of Tai Chi provides enjoyable exercise while calming the mind, reducing stress, and fostering suppleness essential for training in internal martial arts. Additionally, they teach traditional Goju Ryu Karate to individuals of all ages, abilities, and fitness levels, promoting fitness, confidence, and self-defense skills.
