Our Dojo teaches Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Kung Fu, and Internal Kung Fu. The Tai Chi classes, known as 'Moving Meditation', are gentle and suitable for adults looking to relax and maintain health. The Kung Fu classes are dynamic and acrobatic, ideal for children and younger adults who want to cultivate discipline and self-confidence. Internal Kung Fu classes focus on traditional techniques for internal and external harmony, with a moderate intensity level suitable for adults. Our instructors are trained to bring out the best in each student, with a rigorous selection and qualification process ensuring they have high levels of skill, knowledge, and moral values.
