Industrial Strength & Fitness (ISF) is Reservoir's largest and most diverse 24-hour gym, offering a wide range of martial arts and fitness classes. As the only 24-hour martial arts center in the northern suburbs, ISF features five separate training rooms and a vast array of equipment. The gym caters to all fitness levels, from beginners to professional athletes, with classes including Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Boxing.
