DMD Mixed Martial Arts

DMD's Mixed Martial Arts offers a fully equipped gym located in East Brunswick. Our classes include Muay Thai/Kickboxing, Women's Only Classes, Boxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Kids Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Bootcamp. The gym features a padded room for BJJ classes, a wide selection of free weights and weight machines, and a large open matted area for most classes. Facilities include punch/kicking bags, boxing rings, and training areas for various martial arts. At DMD's MMA, we focus on building confidence and self-discipline, making it suitable for everyone, whether you want to lose weight, get fit, learn self-defense, or compete. All members can use the facilities freely.
