About Us

Change Skill teaches a traditional Chinese internal martial art – Tai Chi Chuan – which is a universally recognised system of well-being as well as a proven combat system. The health aspects of the art come from the same foundations as Traditional Chinese Medicine and have parallels in Chi kung (Qigong). The style is Wudang, developed by late Master Cheng Tin Hung, who passed the art to the late Master Dan Docherty. The style is close to the southern Wu family style but has its own foundations. The art helps people to live better by developing calm and vitality, and building the ability to work with difficult situations and people. It is suitable for people of all ages and focuses on balance and using the opponents’ strength against them, like water flows around and erodes hard surfaces.
