Our experienced facilitators offer a range of training tools, group classes, and individual sessions tailored to your needs. Founded in 2024, our mission is to combine tradition and innovation, emphasizing self-defense and self-discovery. OVAIT offers a range of services including self-defense and situational awareness programs for people of all ages in both one-on-one and group settings, group training, and conference and event presentations. All our services are delivered with a trauma-informed approach and are fun and engaging in addition to being informative and empowering.
