About Us
The Taoist Tai Chi Society offers a practice that cultivates harmony and balance in body, mind, and spirit through the art of Taoist Tai Chi. Founded by Master Moy Lin Shin, the organization teaches the 108 moves of Tai Chi, which are accessible to everyone and practiced worldwide.
