Unison Martial Arts

Unison Rockhampton Martial Arts Academy is a family-friendly martial arts academy teaching Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai kickboxing. Led by experienced and passionate coaches, Unison offers professional training to people of all abilities and ages. The academy focuses on developing honour, integrity, humility, and self-belief among its members. They offer affordable weekly memberships for everyone in the family and believe it’s never too early or late to start. The coaches provide professional training in a safe and encouraging environment. Unison teaches Muay Thai, which is an art of Thai kickboxing known as the “Art of 8 limbs” that uses 8 points of contact. They also teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, a martial art that doesn’t rely on strength or size, but rather on technique and leverage. It is a ground-based martial art that uses principles of leverage, angles, pressure, and timing to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent.
